I specialize in AI algorithm design and technical product development, and have worked at Data Analysis Group within NEC Laboratories , within the groups of Prof. Hanna Kurniawati at the Australian National University , and Prof. Dirk Kroese at The University of Queensland, Australia. I received a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Queensland in 2019, and a Bachelor in Mathematics from Chengdu University of Information Technology in 2012.
I am working on various aspects of data analysis including data management, causal analysis, time series forecasting, and reinforcement learning. I have co-authored research papers presented at prestigious conferences such as AAAI and ICAPS, and filed ten patents as the first inventor. I continuously innovate practical solutions for various industries. For example, our causal analysis technology accelerates digtial transformation, as highlighted in Discovering the “why” from data, and I also involved in City region food systems by FAO, United Nation to apply our statistical analysis experience.
Our technology has received significant recognition, including a second grade contribution award from the NEC corporation in 2021, and our system was invited to exhibited in 2023 ZGC forum.
My vision is to enable powerful AI tools to be practical and explainable so that they could be adopted in widespread industry to create social values. To achieve this, I leverage my nine years of both theoretical and practical experience to deliver prototype systems and bridge the gap between IT and business requirements. I am open to joint collaborations to innovate solutions empowered by technology.
